Beef Stew -- just the thought brings up memories of Winter and beefy goodness.
Heat oil, brown meat on all sides
Add water, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika
Cover and simmer 3 hours
To thicken after beef has started to fall apart, temper 2 tbsp of cornstarch by adding 1 cup of hot liquid to separate bowl containing cornstarch. Once stirred, add back to soup and stir.
Serve with beer(s) and yeast rolls
