Fruit Salsa, Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup Watermelon, diced and seeded
- 1 cup Jicama, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 orange, peeled, chopped and seeded
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
Method
Toss all the ingredients together and chill.
Serve chilled.
Makes 3 cups.
