This will give you some nice tender pork chops along with some gravy and in the last 45 minutes of cooking time I stack my pork chops to one side of the crock pot and add some brown rice to the gravy on the other side.
Dredge both sides of pork chops in flour to very lightly coat. Then place them in a large skillet and brown on both sides. In a crock pot; combine the rest of the ingredients, stirring to mix well. Add pork chops to mixture and move them around so the are well coated with the mixture. Cover and cook on Low for 10 hours or High for 5 hours.
NOTE: I used only 4 pork chops and it left me with alot of gravy, so that is why I added the rice to the pot towards the end of the time, but if you were to use as many as 8 pork chops you probaby wouldn't have enough gravy. The rice is wonderful cooked in the gravy, so if you want to have it that way, then maybe you should double the ingredients except for the chops.
